Fri(up)date: had a pretty epic time (the jump shots below can be proof) with nora today just catching up on each other's life. Our initial plan was to laze around at my house and stuff our faces with pizza while watching rented dvds.. but something cropped up so we ended up hopping around places for me to run some errands this afternoon. We made an impromptu trip down to Chinatown after that and I'd say we had heaps of fun exploring the place, acting all touristy and spending money on redundant things (just look at that purple brolly....)

Went back to pjc to attend its 14th college day last saturday and jeng jeng jeng jeng!

 

 

stepping into school always somehow triggers the nolstagia in me. The place, the people, the food and maybe, just maybe, a teeny weeny bit of the studying phase with my best pals. The juniors performed their elemental item for the final time on college day. It was about time they stepped down from cca and focus on prepping for A levels. Needless to say, it must have been an extremely emotional day for them all. Thinking back, that was exactly me and my fellow dancers a year ago. All these depressing departure feels... been there done that!!!

The only pity on Saturday was probably going on stage with team dancers without all our army boys who couldn't book out due to confinement (hope they are all surviving well in camp)!! Apart from that, it was nice getting to see familiar faces again and reminiscing about school days. Note the obvious height difference between Farhanah and I (in the 4th picture) when she bents down for my sake and when she decides to tip toe for fun hahaha but i figured out that i shouldn't feel too bad about this. It's just her with the ideal height any girl would wish for. Point taken? I'm not short. Yup, this is self-comfort at its best.

p.s. i am flying off to Taiwan on monday! promise i'll be back with loads of photo dairies.
